"Chinnamma stakes claim to form Government," the AIADMK has tweeted as party chief VK Sasikala met Governor C Vidyasagar Rao with 10 top ministers today. Before she sought to be appointed Tamil Nadu's next chief minister, Ms Sasikala visited J Jayalalithaa's memorial at Chennai's Marina Beach and placed there a list of 130 legislators that she has also carried to the Governor.
