Should regenerative farming get its own certification? This past weekend Sophie went to visit Vivid Farms and met a truckload of very interesting and wonderful people. Some old friends, and lot's of new ones! It was a truly good day for for regenerative agriculture in Portugal and Spain. The icing on the cake was the fact that Sophie also got to interview one of the people who inspired us in our farming journey. JM Fortier and I talked about regenerative certification, what it's like to own a farm to table restaurant and more.
