The Chendur Express is an Express train operated by Southern Railway zone of Indian railways. This train runs between Thiruchendur and Chennai Egmore. It is a daily overnight service and an important train of Tiruchendur - Tirunelveli line. It is one of the fastest trains in this region.As per the numbering convention of Indian Railways, this train is allotted a number 16105 for journey between Chennai & Tiruchendur and 16106 for the journey between Tiruchendur & Chennai.

Nellai Express is a Superfast train operated in and by the Southern Railway zone of the Indian Railways. It runs on all days connecting Chennai Egmore with Tirunelveli Junction via Villupuram, Trichy and Madurai through the chord line
