Installing a jigsaw blade is really easy. Watch this 16 seconds video to learn how.

First, remove the battery so that you won't accidently start the power. Above the chuck there is a lock switch. All you got to do is to hold the lock switch with one hand and insert the blade with the other hand, and then leave the lock switch to lock the blade. Make sure the blade is locked securely.

In this video, I am changing the jigsaw blade of Makita DJV182Z. You could follow the same method for other models, they are very similar.
