15 മിനിറ്റിൽ കുക്കർ ഇല്ലാതെ ഈസി ആയി കലത്തപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കാം | Perfect Kalathappam Recipe In Malayalam
Ingredients
raw rice-250gm
jaggery -250gm
shallot-6nos
ghee-2tbsp
coconut slice-1/2cup
shreded coconut-1cup
cardamom-5nos
sugar-1tbsp
salt
cooked rice-1cup
Baking soda-1/2sp
Raw rice to be soaked in hot water for half an hour and grind it in a mixi with
cooked rice, cardamom and enough water.
Jaggery to be melted with 1 cup water and leave it for cooling.
Then add salt, sugar, melted jaggery, shreded coconut and baking soda to the grinded rice and mix well.
Place a pan and pour ghee to it and add shallot and coconut slice to it. fry it well. Then pour the batter to it and cook it by covering it. coo it in low flame for 15minutes.
