Red Snapper fishing in State Waters in TX is open season year round, and in the winter the local party boats offer trips out of Port Mansfield, TX. Today we're goin on The Osprey II. The weather couldn't have been better, it was an incredibly perfect flat day with 0 wind. Ive never even seen the Gulf that flat before, it was amazing.
