Over-cleansing, over-moisturizing and also complicating your skincare can all cause your skin pH to disturb, causing sensitivity and rashes. Cleansing your face is the first and one of the most important steps of every skincare routine. Cleansing eliminates impurities, dirt and excessive sebum. It is a first step in the process of creating a radiant skin. However, there can be a dark side to everything if you overdo it. When your skin is being over-cleansed, it means it is being stripped of all the natural oils that keep your skin healthy. Please keep your cleansing to a maximum of two times, and that is day and night, and leave a good 12 hour between each routine, for skin to find it's own balance and repair itself. Please don't forget that skin is our largest organ, and it has the ability to repair and renew itself, with a little bit of help from our skincare too of course.
SUMMARY:
If you are working from home first thing in the morning, carry out your morning skincare routine after your session i.e. cleanse, tone, moisturise, SPF after. If your workout is mid-day, you should already done your morning routine, then all you do is dab away the sweat, neutralise the skin, and then re-apply your SPF. if your workout is late in the afternoon, follow with your night time routine.
