This engaging session focuses on breaking the stigma associated with mental health while fostering camaraderie and support among veterans. We embarked on a poignant 22-mile adventure in memory of the 22 veterans who were dying daily, a stark reminder of the dangers of solving a temporary problem with a permanent solution.
