The Texas Department of Public Safety, representatives from the FBI and the Allen Police Department held a briefing Tuesday to provide updates on Saturday's deadly mass shooting at an outlet mall in Allen, Texas. At least eight people were killed and seven others were wounded after a gunman opened fire at Allen Premium Outlets. He was then shot and killed by an officer at the scene.
