To the point and easy to follow Crossing Souls and Rebirth Trophy Tutorial.

Crossing Souls Trophy Description: Provoke the meeting between Redento and Cleofás.

Rebirth Trophy Description: Help Cleofás in his path of redemption.

This video will show how to obtain both Cleofás Trophies.
To obtain both Trophies you are required to do two playthroughs.
Because doing the Crossing Souls Trophy will lock you out of the Rebirth Trophy and you will not obtain the Prayer: Tiento to your Thorned Hairs.
Doing the Rebirth Trophy will lock you out of the Crossing Souls Trophy.

Option 1: Rebirth Trophy

Step 1. Talk to Cleofás in Mother of Mothers.

Step 2. Talk to Socorro and either select "Make an offering" by giving 3 Marks of the Refuge to Socorro or "End her Suffering".

In this example I selected "End her suffering" because you get an additional step.
All 3 Marks of the Refuge locations are shown during the Crossing Souls Trophy.

Step 3. Talk to Lvdovico in Albero to get the Cord of the True Burying.

Step 4 (optional). If you selected "End her suffering", Cleofás will go to Wall of the Holy Prohibitions.
If you gave all 3 Marks of the Refuge this step isn't required.
Talk to him in the chamber and give the Cord of the True Burying Lvdovico gave you.
To open this chamber you need the Key of the Inquisitor.
You can get the Key of the Inquisitor for 9999 Tears of Atonement at Candaleria Shop in The Sleeping Canvases.
Cleofás will now go to Archcathedral Rooftops.

Step 5. If you gave all 3 Marks of the Refuge, Cleofás will go straight to Archcathedral Rooftops.
Talk to him and give the Cord of the True Burying Lvdovico gave you.
If you already spoke to Cleofás in Wall of the Holy Prohibitions, talking is enough since you already gave the item.
Cleofás will now go to Albero.

Step 6. Talk to Cleofás in the Church to receive the Prayer: Tiento to your Thorned Hairs
You will also obtain the Rebirth Trophy.

Option 2: Crossing Souls Trophy
-------------------------------------------------------

Step 1. Talk to Cleofás in Mother of Mothers.

Step 2. Collect all 3 Marks of the Refuge.

Step 3. Give all 3 Marks of the Refuge to Socorro.

Step 4. Make sure Redento is in Patio of the Silent Steps and hasn't moved forward to Mother of Mothers.
When Redento is in Patio of the Silent Steps, do not talk to him!

Step 5. Talk to Cleofás in Archcathedral Rooftops.

Step 6. Leave the screen and return (Cleofás will jump down).

Step 7. Go to Redento (you can use Linen of Golden Thread Relic to jump down as well).

Step 8. Talk to Redento to obtain the Crossing Souls Trophy.

Important note: You are not allowed talk to Lvdovico or you will be locked out of the Crossing Souls Trophy.

Important note: You must give all 3 Marks of the Refuge to Socorro and can NOT "End her suffering" or you will be locked out of the Crossing Souls Trophy.

Important note: Do not talk to Redento when he is in Patio of the Silent Steps until Cleofás has jumped or you will be locked out of the Crossing Souls Trophy.

Keep in mind: You will not get the Prayer: Tiento to your Thorned Hairs when going for the Crossing Souls Trophy.
