INGREDIENTS:
700g Warm water
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
100g oil
1 tbsp Salt
500g Atta flour or wholemeal / wheat flour
250g White flour
Sesame & black seeds
Note: Sprinkle water on top of the dough before placing them into the warm / hot oven.
Place a bowl of water in the oven to help with the moisture.
Bake at 190'C for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
