As is often the case in traditional music, there are two Welsh tunes with this name. The other is a song usually written in D Major and is played quite briskly, and is what you'll probably find on YouTube if you search for it by this name.
This tune is a lovely Welsh air. If it sounds familiary to it, Robert Burns used it for his poem "John Anderson My Jo."
