Wipe champignon mushrooms with a towel so that there is no dirt. Cut the onion into half rings, then crush the garlic with a knife blade. Place salt, sugar, spices,garlic and onions in a saucepan, pour 0.5 liters of water and boil. Cut the dill. Boil the marinade for 5 minutes. Add vinegar at the end. Put mushrooms in a container, add dill and pour the marinade. Cover and set aside to cool completely. Sprinkle the mushrooms with oil when serving.
400g champignon mushroom
500 ml water
6 tbsp apple cider vinegar or 4 tbsp vinegar 9%
1 tsp sugar
2 bay leaves
5 pcs. of black pepper
3 pcs. of allspice
0.5 tsp of grains mustard
2-3 cloves of garlic
1-2 onions
2 tsp salt
3 sprigs of dill
