《You will need》1tsp=5ml, 1tbsp=15ml
1.5kg kicken thigh
half cup of plain flour
(seasoning)
salt
pepper
2 tsp grated garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
《method》
1. cut chicken thigh into bite size and put them in bowl
2. add seasoning and combine the two, then leave it 15mins
3. put chicken on plate and add plain flour, then combine the two
4. pour vegetable oil into pan, 3cm depth
5. deep fry chicken at 170°c, lid on
6. flip chicken over ocassionaly, cook through
