Gray Whale French 75
1.5 parts Gray Whale Gin
.75 parts Simple Syrup
.75 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
2 parts Prosecco
Garnish: Lemon twist
Add Gray Whale Gin, simple syrup and fresh lemon juice into a shaker and shake with ice. Add Prosecco into the shaker with the ice and strain into a coupe glass. Top with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
