A layer of white chocolate cheesecake on top of a strawberry layer. A mousse like no bake cheesecake with an Oreo cookie crust. Topped with fresh strawberries with a raspberry glaze for a shiny and cool look. Great summer dessert!

Things needed:
2 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese
Sugar
8 oz. Fresh or frozen strawberries
1/4 cup Butter
Oreo cookies
1 tsp. Vanilla
12 oz package of White Chocolate chips
2 cups Whipping Cream
