I wanted this to be out before any of my own summer samplers. Here it is, seven months late. I'm noticing a pattern. This is not my best work...I had to change the second song due to copyright. It's an amazing track, but the tricks weren't set to the music. Also my editing was super sloppy. I just had to get this thing OUT.
Mitch Geddis is a longtime SGTF member and experienced tricker/martial artist. Recently, he suffered a serious knee injury that messed up his training. Last summer we met up frequently to train at his house, and I watched him get many tricks back and improve his style. It was incredibly fun. Mitch is a great guy to hang out and train with, and I'm honored to make this sampler for him.
This is my first duo sampler, both editing and participating in. It was very rewarding to make. Mitch and I push each other and always know how to give constructive help. We both experienced growth as a result. I hope he isn't too upset at me for being too late with this, but I'm dumb.
A few clips are very choppy. I apologize for this. The files were corrupted in transferring them from Mitch's phone to my computer. We trained so fiercely and long that we went through three cameras in one session!
Mitch really kills it in this sampler. I hope you all enjoy it.
Up next are three shorter Summer 2013 samplers -- one for June, one for July, and one for August. June is almost done and July is set up, so an ABSURDLY LONG wait shouldn't be the case this time. Maybe. This is me we're talking about here. No promises.
