The Croatian capital Zagreb has again been rocked by explosions only a day after rebel Serbs hit the city with cluster bombs that killed five people.
The Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic spoke to APTV about the Serb counter-offensive.
He said that Croatia will look for a peaceful resolution to the conflict but he did not rule out the use of force.
The Croatian capital Zagreb was once again the target of an attack by rebel Serbs Wednesday.
At least five explosions occurred in the city centre just before noon local time.
Earlier Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic said his country will look for a peaceful solution to the present conflict.
SOUNDBITE:
"But Croatia didn't answer and Croatia will try peacefully to reintegrate according to the legal system of Croatia.
We will look naturally at the situation, and naturally we can neutralise these points if they continue the attack on the civilians but just now we don't plan any military action."

At a news conference in Geneva, the European envoy for former Yugoslavia, David Owen, expressed his concern over the situation in Croatia and criticised the attacks on civilians.
SOUNDBITE:
"Well the situation is very grave and appears to be deteriorating and it seems to be to be a quite unjustified response to the events to have effectively attacked cities where innocent civilians are almost certain to be hit."

The international community fears there will be a revival of the war between Serbia and Croatia.
SOUNDBITE:
"The overriding fear has always been of a revival of the war between Serbia and Croatia. That is the big one and that is the extremely dangerous one."
