Hello, and welcome to the underworld.
Here is the deck list I used in this video:

It is also public on Neuron: 5sk0mzf

This combo turned out a bit better than I originally planned, when I first crafted Cyber Stein and Exterio; at the time, I was only expecting to summon Exterio and Apollousa, but it turns out the Avramax is free.
Honestly, it's the first deck I'm uploading to this channel that I *wouldn't* call a gimmick deck. I actually climbed all the way from Plat V to Diamond V this season just trying to record this video, because I kept having to start with other combinations of extenders without Tour Guide, or people would scoop partway through the combo, or I'd win through other methods like I:P'd Avramax with Spright Elf to revive I:P for Underworld Goddess in the opponent's turn. I might tweak the number of extenders/going 2nd cards, but holistically, I think this deck is pretty good.
Pros of this build (compared to other 3-Axis builds):
- Effectively infinite spell/trap negates, along with 3 monster effect negates and your choice of Phantom Knights' Fog Blade or Wing.
- Avramax protects Exterio and Apollousa from battle.
- The main combo doesn't need that many slots in the Extra Deck, which leaves a lot of room for generally useful cards such as Underworld Goddess, Arc Rebellion, and Knightmare Unicorn, which I often have to cut when using bigger engines.
- Since the main goal is to build an "unbreakable" board, this deck can run Dark Ruler No More without issue.
Cons:
- End board is not truly unbreakable, and can be outed by certain cards like Dark Ruler No More, Nibiru (before Apollousa), Forbidden Droplet, Lava Golem, Sphere Mode, etc. These are not very common, but it happens sometimes.
- Cyber Stein's 5000 LP cost makes the combo somewhat risky, although there aren't many situations where your opponent can do 3000 damage through this board but somehow couldn't have won otherwise.
