The excavator's steel teeth scream in protest as it tears at the stubborn rock. Then, a shift - not the familiar groan of ore, but a hollow thud. Sunlight slices through as the rock gives way. All that stares back at the miners is a gaping black maw. Time seems to stretch as they stare into the abyss. This defies everything they thought they understood about this ancient, unforgiving land. They enter the underground cave and find something completely unexpected.
