Instead of having full admin rights available at all times, this feature introduces just-in-time administrative access. Admin privileges are granted only when necessary and are limited to specific tasks, reducing the risk of malicious software exploiting constant admin rights.
Microsoft likens this to the "sudo" command in Linux, where users temporarily elevate privileges as needed, rather than always having admin-level access.
