Ingredients:
• 300 g green peas
• 3 carrots
• 2 parsley roots
• 1 head of small kohlrabi (optional)
• 2 potatoes
• 1 head of onion
• 2 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil
• 1 tablespoon plain flour
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 l of water or stock
• salt pepper
For the semolina dumplings:
• 50 g of soft butter
• 1 egg
• 100 g semolina
• salt and pepper to taste
