Getting straight to the company’s flagship model, meet the WASP 3MT HDP, a large-format machine for printing pellets from completely recycled polymers — ABS, PLA, PET. The design of the 3D printer is based on a pneumatic system for continuous feeding of the consumable material. The upgraded extruder is ready to process thermoplastics with a maximum melting point of up to 350 °C. This delta printer is recommended for use in the automotive industry, for the manufacture of furniture and art objects.
The WASP 3MT Concrete was created based on research conducted in the field of architecture. The device is ready to print in fluid, high-density building materials in continuous mode. Clay-based mixtures, as well as fiber and foam concretes, can be used as consumables. The build volume of 3MT models is a cylinder with a diameter and height of a meter.
Like the flagship model, the industrial delta printer 4070 HDP is designed to print in granulated plastics such as ABS, PLA, PET. The device is engineered with an enclosed chamber, carefully insulated both thermally and acoustically. The print area and the height are 400 and 600 mm respectively, while the extruder can heat up to 280 °C.
The 40100 Clay 3D printer is intended for printing objects with a diameter of 40 and height of 100 centimeters using ceramic-based materials. The range of consumables for the machine includes three types of clay-based mixes — white, red, and "Limoges porcelain". Finished products are placed in a furnace, for annealing at 1000–1200 degrees.
