RPCS3 has finally achieved a state of maturity where WipEout HD/Fury is playable very stable and with little to no bugs or glitches and at a (mostly) stable 60 FPS.

You can fix the brightness by going enabling "Write Color Buffers"
Framerates over 60 FPS can be enabled by setting "Vblank Rate"
"Driver wake-up delay" of 200us or more can help alleviate crashes.
