Most of us may be familiar with the story where the warrior Goddess kills Mahishasuran. All these myths have a funtion to perform, to teach us some truths and to make sure we do not forget them.

The Devas in all myths represent righteousness and the demons represent unrighteousness. May the demon be inside us or outside, let the inner 'Devi' in you demolish it.
