Los Angeles Dodgers players surrounded Freddie Freeman after he hit a grand slam in the World Series against the New York Yankees. After his monster hit, Freeman ran straight to his dad. The father and son duo have a unique bond because Freeman's mom died when he was just 10 years old. The grand slam was also his way of saying thank you to Dodgers fans.
