Today’s additions to the Warner DVD Snapper case collection blind buy haul with films not seen before.
Back when DVD launched, Warner Bros Home Entertainment didn’t opt for the plastic keep case. Their laserdisc releases were in large cardboard sleeves, with room for two discs inside. Occasionally with gatefold artwork. Also cardboard wasn’t unheard of for their vhs releases also. So with their initial DVD releases, they went with a cardboard box design with a plastic try to hold the disc in place. The snapper case.
The other case was the super jewel case, like a cd case but larger. Dvd height (or smaller for audio releases) Eventually they were phased out in favour of the plastic keep case which was majorly adopted by the industry.
