Another fantastic animator who has been working at Toei, Koudai Watanabe! His scenes include some of the most impressive animation I've seen, ranging from great character acting to sakuga-filled fighting. He even participated in a groundbreaking episode of One Piece, Episode 870 which in my personal opinion, is hit best scene he's done so far. Definitely one of the more underrated animators who's worked at Toei.
