Ingredients
1cup warm water
3tbsp sugar
Salt
1tbsp yeast
1egg mix together
3cups all purpose flour (plain)
1tbsp blueband
When the dough is ready apply oil then cover for 30 minutes to rise
Cover again for 10 minutes
Apply egg and milk on top
Pre heat the oven 225degrees to 30 minutes
Apply blueband while hot

Goat meat
1cup of oats
Oil
One onion wait until golden brown
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp curry powder
1tsp garlic powder
Salt
2tomatoes blended
2carrots blended
Cook on a medium heat
