Lautering with the BM 200 l. Note: The "Maltpipe" was used to close the hole of the filter so no malt could fall into the wort. 48 kg of malt were used and 4 kg of sugar, this resulted in 320 l of wort at 11.6 °P, which led to a brewhouse efficieny of the malt of about 69 %.
