Late autumn or thanksgiving pie idea which came to my mind after I couldn't decide what to bake as a perfect autumn treat to myself. I thought - what if I combine salted caramel with pieces of roasted pecan, add loads of maple syrup, chocolate and a dash (A BIG DASH) of brandy, and top it off with more pecans? Sounds like too much, but also sounds like the best dessert ever! :)

Baking is like therapy for me, and it was a perfect way to spend a dark slow autumn night.
