New technologies can help to transform our food systems for the better. Importantly, we need a skilled workforce to be able to develop and manage these technologies. Meet Oli Hilbourne, Operations Director at Outfield, an agritech startup that is that helping fruit growers be more productive and sustainable. Outfield is part of EIT Food’s Food Accelerator Network Alumni Group.
Oli shares his passion for helping farmers to reduce food waste by monitoring crop yields effectively using drones and an AI-integrated system, as part of the EIT Food ‘Day in the Life’ video series.
