The Delhi Police took into custody Premoday Khakha, an official from the Delhi Government, who has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor. Khakha, who holds the position of Deputy Director in the Delhi Government's Women and Child Development department, was apprehended along with his wife. Presently, the Police have provided a secure location for the couple and are currently conducting an interrogation, according to DCP (North Delhi) Sagar Singh Kalsi. The allegations against Khakha include sexually assaulting and impregnating the minor, while his wife is suspected of involvement by encouraging the minor to undergo an abortion after she became pregnant.
