Do you like adventure, free prizes and teleporting to new places through books and interactive activities? On May 1, you can sign up to participate in Phoenix Public Library’s Summer Reading Program – it's free, fun and for all ages.
Starting on June 1, thousands of Phoenicians will take the summer reading challenge and log their minutes on maricopacountyreads.org. Just by reading, you’ll have the chance to win amazing experiences such as Phoenix Mercury tickets and Harkins Theatres family prize packs. Phoenix Public Library will activate all its branches with family-friendly programming such as a K-Pop dance workshop, magic and illusions with Eric Giliam and close encounters with reptiles and birds with Jungle Jill.
Adventure is out there – and it begins at your library. Invite a friend, parent or caregiver to join you on an endless amount of fun by visiting www.phoenixpubliclibrary.org.
