An au pair, or live-in nanny, working for a family in Virginia faces a second-degree murder charge after allegedly shooting a man in their home. Juliana Peres Magalhaes is accused of fatally shooting Joseph Ryan after allegedly spotting him with a knife to the throat of her employer, Christine Banfield. Brendan Banfield, who was having an affair with Magalhaes, has now been charged with murder for the deaths of his wife and Ryan. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the twisted case.
