The first Nerevarine quest, Urshilaku Nerevarine. Merely requires you to talk to Sul-Matuul and accept the title. I recommend that you do the Hortator quests first, otherwise, your travel through Vivec for the Hlaalu Hortator quests specifically will be a pain to do as ordinators will become hostile if you go near them.

I sincerely have no idea how my screen recorder managed to screw the video up in this way. It should still be usable though.
