With the clock ticking, a hero rushes to save two small children and two women from a burning car. The frantic moments all caught on camera by a photographer with the Monterey Herald in California. The car started smoking while the highway patrol officer happened to be driving behind it. Relatives of the family say the women were scared and shocked which is why they appeared slow to get out of their fiery car. Both the kids and adults were treated on scene and are now recovering at home. #InsideEdition
