My clients couldn't find a radiator cover the right size & style they wanted so i made them one & sprayed it with Pre-Cat primer, It's made from Medite MR MDF & a Sevilla Grill, i cut the boards to size with a Makita Plunge track saw & a table saw, cut grooves to join the boards together using a Triton router in a table, the openings for the grill were initially cut with a Bosch 18v jigsaw, then cleaned up with a plywood jig & router with a flush trim cutter, the grill was stapled on using a Bostitch narrow crown stapler, The cover once glued together & sanded was sprayed with Pre-cat primer using a Devilbiss FLG5 gravity feed gun, i fixed it back to the wall with a long split batten, French cleat. This was pretty much all filmed using a Go-pro 4 black headcam as an experiment.
