In this video i have showed you guys that make 13000 mAh Power bank from old laptop battery very easy method just take the cells out from battery case and check them one by one with DMM if each of cells gives above 3 or 3.5 volts those are good and then charge the remaining if it's less than 3 volts after charging maybe good but will have to discard it if it doesn't work.Then take five cell of them and connect + to B+ and - to B- of DC to DC Booster power bank module as shown in video and enjoy your own 13,000 mAh Power Bank with long backup time.First charge it for at least 4 hours before use.
