Ar. Prashant Hedao:
Having seen the world through a different window, Mr. Hedao has submitted himself to studying ecosystem, carrying out ecological work and building communities. Hadao along with his wife Lata Iyer has contributed extensively and tirelessly for conservation, restoration and research of the environment. His trained skills in GIS mapping and talents were directed towards the aiding of displaced communities in the aftermath of 2004 Tsunami that took the lives of more than 225,000 people . Maps were used to direct volunteer cleanup work. His expertise in bridging development and geographic technology for ground level precision has benefited a wide range of community on national as well as international level.
