BEBBO! So what the heck is a Bebbo? Is it just some 1920’s slang? A drink? A variation of the famous Bee’s Knees Cocktail? Perhaps. We know for sure that the Bebbo is a prohibition era cocktail. In this episode I once again fall down that rabbit hole and maybe discover that everything we know about the origin of the Bee's Knees Cocktail may have been a lie. Watch and find out.

Duck Soup (easy, a piece of cake)
Darb (an excellent thing)
Berries (something wonderful)
Blower (telephone)
Cheese (important person)
Cat’s Meow (something excellent)
I’ll plant you now and dig you later (goodbye)

THE BEBBOCOCKTAIL
--------------------
IN A SHAKER TIN COMBINE:
1.5 OZ (45 ml) - DRY GIN
1/2 OZ (15 ml or 1 TBSP.) - HONEY (Choose Your Honey Wisely)
3/4 OZ (22.5 ml) - FRESHLY SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE
2 TPS. (10 ml) - FRESHLY SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE (Blood Orange Juice Makes It Better)
-STIR ALL INGREDIENTS WITHOUT ICE IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER UNTIL HONEY DISSOLVES.
-ADD ICE AND GIVE IT A GOOD SHAKE.
-FINE STRAIN INTO A CHILLED COCKTAIL GLASS.
-GARNISH WITH A CHERRY.
