what a week our honeymoon was!
We did NOT need to be vaccinated or have a US passport to travel to St Thomas USVI. We had to have a negative test within 5 days of departure and uploaded that to the travel portal for the islands. We made sure to bring paper copies of our test results, our birth certificates and marriage license to prove US residency since we didn't have passports.

We stayed at Margaritaville on St Thomas but we booked through Air Bnb which was a lot cheaper

We did a sunset cruise through Voodoo VI - they have so many other excursions as well

We did not rent a car, we took taxi's and most were $5 to get too and from where we needed to go. I definitely recommend you ask for the price before you get in the cab. Some will scam you!

We took the Ferry from Red Hook to St Johns which was $16 per person round trip. The Ferry left every hour from both St Thomas and St Johns. You can buy your tickets online to avoid the lines at the dock.
