It's Days 20-23 of the #everybitcountschallenge Let's see what & how much food I can preserve! I'm so excited that I was able to source some local sweet corn! I wasn't able to put any up last year but I have a years worth now. During the month of August, I am participating in the #everybitcountschallenge started by @threerivershomestead Each day, I'll be doing my best to preserve something, it could be something big or small, every bit counts!
