The 2023 Citizen Survey is an essential tool to evaluate service and program delivery by the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS).
The survey, which was open from April 6 to May 5, 2023, received 740 responses.
Survey results were shared with the RDOS Corporate Services Committee on Thursday, September 7, 2023. Invitations were also sent to a wide cross-section of not-for-profit groups within the Regional District to participate in a community focus group. The community members provided feedback on the survey results and process.
