Ingredients
1 cup Curry leaves
100g cup Maldives fish
1/2 cup Grated coconut
1/2 cup Onion sliced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
Lemon 1/2
Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
Instructions
1. Fry the curry leaves, onions, and Maldive fish separately.
2. Drain all the excess oil with a paper towel.
3. Roast grated coconut in a pan
4. Now take another pan add some oil
5. Add onion ,salt , chilli flakes.
6.then add roasted coconut
7.add fried onion and curry leaves
8.now add maldive fish
9.Now asd 1/2 lemon juice
10. 1/2 tbsp soya sauce (optional)
11. Mix everthing well.
Now srilankan maasi sambal ready....😋😋
