Looking for a value mattress made with high-quality materials? Check out the GhostBed mattress.
It is firmer than average and could be a good mattress for back and stomach sleepers. You should feel that nice overall support.
Worried about sleeping cool? This foam mattress should also be a good mattress for hot sleepers. The top layer of latex foam has holes to promote airflow. Also, the layer of memory foam is gel infused to help dissipate heat. Overall, you shouldn’t be sleeping hot!
If you are a side sleeper, this may not be the best mattress for you. Being that it is firmer, you may feel too much pressure on your shoulders and hips.
Do you like to slowly sink into your mattress? You don’t really get that with the GhostBed. This mattress doesn’t feature that slow sinking feeling that comes with pure memory foam mattress.
How does the GhostBed compare to the Leesa mattress? The GhostBed is firmer than the Leesa, so Leesa may be a better choice if you are a side sleeper. The GhostBed is also a bit more affordable.
This latex foam mattress is firmer than average. I felt good support when I was on my back and stomach. However, on my side, I felt some pressure on my shoulders and hips.
The Ghostbed mattress has a balanced memory foam feel with a bit of bounce as well. This makes it so you can move around on the mattress without getting stuck.
Do you sleep with a partner? Well, you should think about motion isolation. Are you going to feel your partner moving around at night?
The motion isolation is decent on this mattress. During my tests, I saw some motion transfer. Lying down, I had Marten move around on the other side of the bed. If you want complete stillness, I would consider a pure memory foam mattress.
The edge support makes this a good mattress for couples. It doesn’t collapse completely when I sit at the edge and, when lying down near the edge, I don’t feel like I am going to be ejected from the bed.
Overall, this is a value foam mattress that is best for back and stomach sleepers. Side sleepers should look for a softer mattress.
