If you're looking for a laser to really start (or upgrade) your small business with, than Monport's 80W CO2 laser engraver really is a solid choice. With built-in air assist, a 36x24 bed, and even the nice feature of ample lighting inside, this laser is ready to handle whatever you have to throw at it. It can easily cut through 1/8 and 1/4 materials, as well as make it through thicker objects once you tailor the speed a little bit. The Ruida controller offers a ton of features too, including power loss recovery (more on that in a future video). The autofocus is great and you can still choose to manually focus if you want, too. In this video, we'll begin by unboxing the  @‌monportlaser  80W CO2 laser engraver then go over some of its external functions and features, and finally, end by showing it running in my shop after a few days.
