MX55 BXS is part of the Dales and District fleet of Leeming Bar North Yorkshire which is owned by Procters Coaches with Dales and District being the name of their public bus services. This bus was bought new by Dales snd District back in 2005, and was specified with the optional 5.9 Litre Cummins Engine with 185BHP. The Engine on this bus has started to sound a bit down and tired since I last went on it in Summer 2016. To be fair it was on 703,000 Miles that's just over 1.1Million Kilometres. So this engine has lasted really well especially with the amount of abuse this is given by the drivers. Sister Solo MX55BXR is currently receiving a new Cummins engine refit at the Dales and District Depot at Leeming Bar.
Despite being tired this bus was still fast and there a few good examples of thrash at: 2:30,12:18,14:18,16:08,16:28,19:14. Also examples of Kickdowns at: 16:49 and another at 18:51.
