A telecommunications company is removing its cables obstructing a footbridge in Quezon City.
That, after a video of the footbridge went viral.
Metro Manila authorities said they have ordered utility companies to remove the cables even before a netizen took the video and uploaded it on social media.
Authorities now said they will pursue cases against the man behind the video.
