We are celebrating my birthday all week! Join me for a 37 minute every minute on the minute (EMOM) workout! All fitness levels are welcomed!
EMOM is a type of interval workout where you perform a specific task at the start of every minute for a specified number of reps or time.
The workout includes 37 exercises, attempting 37 reps each exercise in under 60 seconds! ! If not, we will move on to the next exercise!
This workout does not include a cool down.
Level: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
